Jessica Lane, BSc, RD, RYT
Registered Dietitian and Yoga Teacher
Jessica graduated with honours from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver with a Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Health, majoring in Dietetics. In addition to 4 years of course work, her training included a 10 month nationally accredited dietetic internship with Interior Health. Jessica is registered with the College of Dietitians of BC and is a member of Dietitians of Canada. She has over 6 years of experience as a dietitian in a wide variety of areas, with interests including chronic disease management, weight management, stress and mental health, food addiction, digestive health, and inflammation. Jessica is also a Yoga Alliance 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher, having completed her training through a scholarship with Shift Power Yoga, including a mentorship in yoga for trauma and addiction recovery.
Jessica utilizes an evidence-based, holistic approach, taking into account mind, body, and spirit. She is passionate about food as medicine, using the body's innate healing ability through whole foods and mind-body modalities. She works with you to help reclaim your relationship with food, renew your energy, and find the balance between health and the joy of eating. Jessica takes an personalized approach that will work for you and your unique needs and provide long-term results.
