Brix Family Chiropractic & Wellness Centre believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets.  For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. Initial Appointment - $100*

Regular Appointment:

Standard - $50

Child/Senior - $35

Standard 10 pack - $500 – 2 free visits (12 visits total)!

Child/Senior 10 pack - $350 – 1 free visit (11 visits total)!

Insurance

Our focus at Brix Family Chiropractic & Wellness Centre is to actively help you and your family in taking responsibility for your health, wellness, and disease management. In an effort to keep our costs lower and our time better spent with our patients, we are set up as an "opted-out" office.  This means that we accept payment directy from you, and then we supply you with a detailed receipt for you to submit to your insurance company.  We accept all motor vehicle accident claims through the ICBC.


Please, oh please, arrive at the office on time!

If you are coming in for your first appointment with a practitioner, please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time in order to ensure a complete session.  This allows you the time to fill out any intake forms, change clothing if necessary and take a minute for yourself before your treatment!

Tardy Policy (aka Stay In Julie's Good Books Policy)

As you can imagine, late arrivals can set back our schedules significantly.  As a courtesy to our patients, if you arrive late, your session will be shortened to the remainder of your original scheduled appointment.  If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule unless the practitioner chooses to accommodate for the change if they are able.  If it is your first time being late it will be forgiven, but any following will be a full charge of the scheduled service price.  Should appointments be missed or tardy frequently, advanced payment may be requested.

Cancellation Policy

There is no charge if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance or by the end of business hours the day before your appointment.  If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice or via voicemail after closing the business day preceding your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price, unless it is an emergency.

No Show Policy

Out of consideration and respect for our practitioners' time, if a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment, the patient will be charged the full price of the scheduled visit.  

All this being said, we understand that sometimes life can get out of control and that unforeseen circumstances happen! 

Please note: Not receiving an automated reminder is not an acceptable excuse for missing an appointment.  Our automated reminders should be considered a super awesome bonus to keep you on track with your schedule and should not be relied upon as your sole method of knowing when your appointment is.
